Any Resident Individual earning income below the Basic Exemption limit can submit the form 15G (If Senior Citizen form 15H) and the Deductor will not Deduct TDS.
1. But when an Assessee has submitted the form 15G to its Deductor, in his 26AS that Income not reflected. Why?
2. Is it complusory to add deductee detail in TDS Return and how it shall be added and from where Certificate number will available

While Filing TDS Retun you should Add Deductee details and Reason for Lower Deduction/No Deduction shall be recorded as form 15G/H.
If Certificate number is mentioned in TDS Return it will reflect in Form 26AS, Otherwise it Won't.
To Get the Certificate Assessee shall submit form 15G/H along with Previous 3 years Return of Income and Present estimated Income or If No Return filed then By Declaration of Such to the TDS Circle.
Assessing office on Eligibilty will issue Certificate in a month
