It's good to hear that Indian mobile companies are also doing better and trying to be a good competitor of leading brands. Perhaps it is the cause behind the price down of the mobiles from most of the leading brands. But what I feel that there is still a huge gap between the service after cell provided by the Indian Mobiles Companies and Foreign mobile companies specially by the Nokia. Most of the Indian companies do not pay attention to post sale service or customer complaints. You may read about it on Internet specially by the the brand XOLO owned by Lava. As a result a large number of people do not intend to buy any mobiles from such companies. The Indian companies should must pay an attention towards this fact and do the needful to improve their after sale services to win the faith of customers and prepare a good fight with it's giant MNC competitor mobile companies. What do you think regarding it?
