One of my company customer has to pay me warehouse charges to me for keeping of goods in our warehouse. Now the customer does not pay the warehousing charges and informs that to sell the goods warehoused to be sold and to adjust the amount payable by him.
Goods are in bangalore and we arranged a customer in bangalore to sale the warehoused goods.
My company is registered inTamilnadu and taken sale tax registration in Tamilnadu. I don't have any registartion in Karnataka.
Total sale value will be 6.5 lacs.
How the sales can be made without registartion in Karnataka?

You do not require VAT registration up to 10 lakhs. You can sell goods by issuing non-VAT invoice. Since goods are stored in Bangalore and VAT being a place based tax, you can transact without VAT registration.
However, you need to include all sales made during the year for calculating the limits.
