Please guide me regarding incorporation of a  private company having 2 directors and authorised capital is Rs. 1,00,000.  and the total expenses to incorporate.

Total Cost Approx 30k excluding indirect tax registrations..

Including all incorporation, direct & indirect tax registration approx 50k

You need to follow these steps to Incorporate a company in India

a) Obtain Digital Signatures for both the directors

b) Apply for DIN (Director Identification No.) for both directors

c) Apply for Name Approval you need to provide 5 alternative names along with the first choice.

d) Submit Documents i.e MOA, AOA, Declarations etc.. and pay requisite stamp duty and get the application signed by CA/CS/CWA and upload the document.

Total cost for incorporation would be around Rs 9500 to 10000/- Professional charges may be upto Rs 4000 to 6000.
