How many days attendance is compulsory (in 5 years service) for calculating gratuity amount for any left employee of the organisation

For what purpose you need this? Income Tax calculation or gratuity act?

There is no compulsion. It should be continuous job for at least 5 years or part there of.
If an employee has served for 4 years and 8 months, he becomes eligible for gratuity.
Only condition is job should be continuous to get gratuity. However you can not say that service was not continuous for any leave taken, sick leave or strikes etc.
