Noodles - we like this too much but it is very very harm ful for health. It is made of maida which is which is very old, rotten (Sada hua) for minimum 6 days & hence not at all suggested to eat. This also includes pigs flesh. Without pigs flesh it can't be prepared. So you decide if we should eat this ?

Yes, Noodles are not good for health and should be avoided. Specially noodles should be avoided by pregnant ladies. Chines food contains Azimoto which is not good for healthy preganancy.

Many people in India are fond of Maggi noodles, i consulted a doctor which adviced to avoid any kind of noodles since these are not healthy.

Some mothers give the noodles in lunchbox also, its adviced to them that noodles can be eaten once a while and these should never be consumed as main meal.

Noodles are good once in a month and even then it should not be consumed as meals. For meal we should have proper food with all mineral and protein.

Noodles does not contain healthy protein or minerals. Noodles will never help you children in their growth.

If you want your childrens to be healthy then avoid noodles. It may take only 2 minutes to cook noodles but they reduce the immunity and does not benefit body in any manner except that it fills your stomach for sometime.
