Did you know? Dhoni has paid Rs.20 crore income tax for the FY 2013-14 . He is the highest tax payer in the bihar and Jharkhand region.

This is the 6th consecutive time Dhoni is paying an amount of Rs 20 crores or more.

Last year Dhoni had paid Rs 22 crores, this year the dip might be due to reduction in his advertisement income.

Isnt' it a whopping amount? India may be a poor country but Indians are real rich

Dhoni is earning big time. Stability in his income may be due the fact that he signed advirtsing contract with a single company.

The company promised a fixed amount to Dhoni, even if his market rates increase Company will make extra income and not Dhoni.

Other than the taxable income, he might have made income which is not taxable. Government does not tax, money paid to some sportsperson representing India.
