Staying in Bangalore since 12 years and really love the food.

The items which i like are:

  1. Idly-Vada
Idly Vada in local stores in Bangalore

Soft idlies and craspy vada are the best for breakfast. Idly and vada at good hotel will have bad test, i would recommand having it at small shops at road side. They serve the best idly-vada.
  2. Masala Dosa
    Home made Masala Dosa
Best for breakfast and evening snacks. Served with potato vegetable and chuttny.
  3. South Indian Meals
    South Indian Meals

Best for Lunch and Dinner. Normally comes with Puri, vegetable, rice, Smabhar and sweet.
  4. Baji-Bonda
    Mangalore Baji-Bonda

Try Baji-Bonda (Pakoda) with tea or chuttany. Mangalore Buji (Pakoda) are very testy and famous in Bangalore.

Best Tip: Try at small store. Smaller the store, better the taste (rule for testy food in Bangalore).
