Chats in India are healthy?
Who does not love to eat Panipuri or Samosa. I have noticed many people ignoring these chats. Many of the friends have these as snacks during office hours. Indian chats are without any doubt tastier than western fast food.
Why some of the Indians ignore or don’t eat the Indian snacks, though these are not very bad for heath?
Whether a food is healthy or not depends on the cleanness of the place at which these items are prepared. Food is clean or not does not depend on from where it originated. Even if western fast food cooked at dirty place will be unhealthy.
Few people avoid chats because they think that oil in chats have more fats. But truth is that fast foods such as burgers and pizza have more fat contents than Indian chats.
It depends on the taste buds of a person what he wants to have. Indian chats are healthy if cooked in a clean environment and indigrediants are clean.
