ESI and PF Applicability casual labour
Is ESI & PF applicable for casual or temporary labour ? Is there any way to claim exemption in this ?

I think these laws needs to be re-drafted. If you employ a labour for even 1 day then also he gets covered by the PF or ESI Act. The ceiling limit of 20 or 10 also is very old & needs to be increased. If this is the case every employer gets covered in these acts & needs to pay for PF & ESI.
