Starting a Business while Working Myth or Reality
Suppose I am a person A working for a mutlinational software company XYZ. I love my job but I still feel that I need to push further. I have very good ideas in mind : some that are related to software and some that are not. While working full time to support myself financially, is it legal to start my own business and contribute directly towards its growth process?
eg: I'm free on Saturdays and Sundays. I have a good idea. I have rented a godown. I have completed the formalities such as DIN No, MCA Registration etc.
Now can I set up a Pvt Ltd or LLP of a Catering Business?

Yes you can ofcourse run your business, whether you are in employment or not. Many great businesses were started by people while doing the job.
But you need to take care owhether your employment contract allows you to do so. Legally you can start your own business anytime.
Lew does not stop you from starting a business while doing employment.
