Airtel review and low network coverage, bad practice in billing
I have been using airtel since a long time. But recently i started facing trouble. Call disconnection, Network unavailablity are the problems.
Other than network problem i have faced wrong billing not once but twice or i can say everytime because its just 3 months since i changed from prepaid to postpaid.
here is a proof of their wrong billing twice.
The trend now is that i have to call customer care after every months bill and fight for wrong charges added in my bill.
Its not just that my bill only has proven their faulty services but have at a look at the stock price of airtel and other companies.
Can be seen that airtel stock has fallen from peak and increase is not as aggressive as idea and reliance. Idea and Relaince have increase 3 times whereas airtel not only double.
I am prepaid customer of airtel. Many times they will deduct wrongly some charges for internet & the customer care is worst. They do not respond properly. Many times we are not able to connect to cust care also. I feel all these kind of stuffs are pre planned & this is the way they make huge money.
One more thing if any of you have airtel postpaid connection. try to activate dnd. It does not allow. Airtel is doing some negatively wrong stuff. Market discount everything. You can see the stock price. How idea and RCOM have almost tripled from their lows. Customers are fing to idea. I think airtel is another reliance mobile in making.
Airtel used to mint a lot of money from customers by activating some unncessay services , packs, etc. Daily they were deducting some amount for some shit packs. Even after i raised many complaints , they did not stop it. Finally i disconnected from Airtel and switched to Aircel. But... i did not stop there..i am still using airtel for free internet using some hacks that too with zero balance. This is how i am taking revenge on this bloody network. :P:D
