How to Insert alternate Blank row in an Excel table?

To insert row in every alternative row. Follow the steps:

  1. Insert one more column in last of the table. You can see in below image column is inserted in E.
    Now fill the cells with running numbers begining with 1.
  2. Second step is to copy the Number in same column.
  3. Third step is, Filter the E column and arrange the numbers in Smallest to Largest format.

You can see that row are inserted alternatively. Now you can delete the last column.
