Which Indian food should be avoided to reduce fat or avoid fat?
No one wants a fat body. More fat in body can affect health very badly. Fat bodies becomes lazy. Its better avoid fat food and live a healthy life. I am not telling that we should completely avoid these food items but should maintain a proper ratio.
Here are the foods which can make you fat and should be consumed in proper quantity.
Sweets: Most of the Indian sweets are prepared using Ghee, Oil and sugar. These 3 things give enough fat to gain weight. Sweets should be consumed rarely and should form part of main meals. The famous sweets which are consumed more in India are Jalebi and Ladoo, Jalebi is king of weight gains.
If we see the recipe of Jalebi, we can conclude how much fat it contents. Jalebi is first fried in sugar syrup and then fried in oil or Ghee. Similarly ladoo is also prepared using high quantity of sufar and Ghee.
Poori and Paratha: Poori is fried in oil and similarly Paratha is also prepared using Ghee or edible oil. These 2 bread items have enough fats to make your body bulky. Its better to take roti instead of Paratha.
Curry: You should eat curries which are prepared with very less oil. Curry prepared with more oil or Ghee tastes better. Your taste buds can put you in trouble so its better to control them.

Mango if eat daily can increase your weight. I was shocked to read this but yes mango helps in gaining weight.
Butterfruit is another fruit which contains lot of fat and can make the body bulky.
Eat whatever you want , how much ever you want but maintain physical fitness and good metabolism by proper physical & mental exercises. Second part is Easier said than done.
Anything if consumed more is not healthy. Even if healthy food can make you sick if consumed excess.
Food poisoning can be caused by healthy food also if consumed more than what body requires. Indian food generally contains more fat. Reason for Indian food to contain more fat is that much of the food items were invented by farmers and their hard work required food with good fat quantity.
Indian food though contains lot of fat is healthy if we do regular excercise and burn the fat by participating in excercise or sports.
